Description
Claims (3)
- 액체 속에 존재하는 부유물질을 제거함에 있어서,상부 회전축(25)에 체결된 방사상의 상부 여재걸대(23)와 다공관(22) 고정축에 체결된 방사상의 하부 여재걸대(24)를 여과조(2)내에 일정한 거리를 두고 서로 마주보게 설치하고, 신축성이 좋은 여재(21)를 상·하부 여재걸대(23,24)에 연결하여 여층(21a)을 만들고, 또 상·하부 여재 걸대(23,24)는 다공관(22)에 연결하되 상부 회전축(25)의 회전에 움직이지 않도록 장착하고, 상부 회전축(25)의 회전 방향과 회전 정도에 따라 상·하부 여재걸대(23,24)에 걸려있는 여재(21)가 중심축에 위치한 다공관(22)에 감김과 동시에 인장력을 받아 상·하부 여재걸대(23,24)를 따라 중앙으로 모여들도록 하여 공극의 크기를 임의로 작게 하여 여과하거나, 여재(21)가 원래의 상태로 복원되도록 하여 공극의 크기를 임의로 크게 하여 역세척할 수 있도록 고안한 1단 회전 공극제어형 여과장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상부 여재걸대(23)와 하부 여재걸대(24)가 각각의 상부 회전축(25)과 하부 회전축(36)에 체결되도록 하고, 서로 반대 방향으로 회전할 수 있도록 상부 핸들(28)과 하부 핸들(29)을 회전시키거나, 동력전달장치 및 회전방향 전환 장치로 연결하여 한 개의 핸들로도 여층(21a)을 압착하고 이완할 수 있도록 고안한 2단 회전 공극제어형 여과장치.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 하나의 여과조(2)에 여러 개의 여층(21a)과 그에 딸린 회전축과 처리수 배출부(3)를 가지고 있는 여과장치.
