Claims (6)
- 유기용매 및 리튬염을 주성분으로 하는 리튬 전지용 비수전해액에 있어서, 유기용매가 하기 화학식 1의 프루오로벤젠 또는 그 유도체에서 1종 이상(Ⅰ성분), 하기 화학식 2 및 3의 탄산에스테르 화합물에서 1종 이상(Ⅱ성분) 선택되고, Ⅰ성분과 Ⅱ성분이 50 : 50 ∼ 5 : 95의 부피%로 혼합되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전지용 비수전해액[화학식 1]단, F는 플루오르(Fluorine)원소이고, n은 1∼6의 정수이다.[화학식 2]단, R1, R2는 각각 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬기이다.[화학식 3]단, R3, R4, R5, R6은 각각 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬기이다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1의 화합물로서 플루오로벤젠, 디플루오로벤젠을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전지용 비수전해액.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 리튬염은 LiPF6, LiClO4, LiAsF6, LiBF4, LiCF3SO3로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상이고, 그 첨가량이 0.7 내지 2.0몰인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 비수전해액.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탄산에스테르 화합물이 에틸렌카보네이트, 프로필렌카보네이트, 부틸렌카보네이트, 디메틸카보네이트, 디에틸카보네이트, 디프로필카보네이트, 에틸메틸카보네이트, 메틸프로필카보네이트 및 에틸프로필카보네이트로 구성된 군으로부터 1종 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전지용 비수전해액.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매에서 화학식 1의 화합물과 화학식 2의 화합물이 2/1∼1/10의 부피비로 혼합되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전지용 비수전해액.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매에서 화학식 1의 화합물과 화학식 3의 화합물이 2/1∼1/10의 부피비로 혼합되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전지용 비수전해액.
