Claims (7)
- 결정질 탄소를 포함하는 코어;상기 코어 위에 형성되고, 흑연화 촉매 원소를 포함하는 제 1 층; 및상기 제 1 층 위에 형성되고, 준결정질 탄소를 포함하는 제 2 층을 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 흑연화 촉매 원소는 Ni, Fe, Cr, Co 및 Cu로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 전이 금속, Ca 또는 Mg의 알칼리 토금속, 및 Si, B, Ti, Ga, Ge 및 Al으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 반금속으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 원소인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 흑연화 촉매 원소의 양은 전체 활물질 중량의 0.01 내지 10 중량%인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 음극 활물질은 (002)면과 (110)면에 의한 X-선 회절 강도비인 I(110)/I(002)가 0.04 이하인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 층은 터보스트래틱 구조를 갖는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 비정질 또는 결정질 탄소를 흑연화 촉매 원소 또는 그의 화합물로 코팅하는 단계;상기 흑연화 촉매 원소 또는 그의 화합물이 코팅된 비정질 또는 결정질 탄소를 비정질 탄소 전구체로 코팅하는 단계; 및상기 비정질 또는 결정질 탄소, 이 탄소 위에 형성된 흑연화 촉매 원소 또는 그의 화합물과 이 촉매 원소 또는 그의 화합물 위에 형성된 비정질 탄소 전구체를 포함하는 탄소 물질을 2000∼3000℃에서 흑연화하는 단계를 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 흑연화 촉매 원소 또는 그의 화합물은 Ni, Fe, Cr, Co 및 Cu으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 전이 금속, Ca 또는 Mg의 알칼리 토금속, 및 Si, B, Ti, Ga, Ge 및 Al으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 반금속으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 원소 또는 그의 화합물인 제조 방법.
