Description

Surface treatment agent composition for moisture-permeable waterproof cloth and method for manufacturing moisture-permeable waterproof cloth using same

The present invention relates to a hydrophilic polyurethane-based surface treatment agent containing fine powder of natural wool, which is a nonionic amino acid, and a method for preparing a moisture-permeable waterproof fabric using the same.

Recently, the functional moisture-permeable waterproof fabric for sports wear tends to place a great emphasis on the level of basic physical properties such as water pressure and moisture permeability, as well as super comfortable or emotional shaving. In addition, in the case of manufacturing moisture-permeable foam using collagen, which is one of the harmless natural substances in terms of ecology, the mixture is dispersed within 2 to 3% by weight in a wet polyurethane resin, and then dispersed in a dimethylformamide (DMF) concentration of 20% or less. It is known that moisture-permeable blisters prepared by coagulation, rinsing and drying in a wet coagulation tank have functions of increasing comfort, feeling of nature, and natural touch.

However, when manufactured by the above method, since a small amount of collagen is scattered in the microporous film, the improvement in surface feel is not as large as that of the moisture-permeable waterproof bubble without collagen, and there is a great difficulty in uniformly dispersing collagen in the resin during mixing. .

In addition, it is difficult to expect a substantial effect because only a small amount of particles of wool powder protrude on the surface of the microporous film layer during the treatment by incorporating a function such as condensation prevention and absorption, which is one of the effects of collagen treatment. .

Therefore, according to the present invention for solving the above problems of the prior art, merino wool fine powder 3.8-7.0% by weight, hydrophilic non-porous polyurethane resin 65-75% by weight, dimethylformamide (DMF) 7.5-13 There is provided a surface treating agent for moisture-permeable waterproof foam, which comprises by weight, methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) 7.5-13% by weight, curing agent 1.5-2.5% by weight, and silica 3.8-7.0% by weight.

In this composition, it is preferable that the merino wool fine powder is 5-10 micrometers in size.

In addition, when the present composition is surface-treated on the moisture-permeable waterproof cloth, conventional surface treatment means may be used, and among these, embossing rolls of 20 to 50 mesh are particularly preferable.

The moisture-permeable waterproof bubble treated with the surface treatment agent composition for improving the feel according to the present invention has the following characteristics as compared to the untreated moisture-resistant waterproof bubble or collagen-incorporated moisture-permeable bubble.

First, the touch of the surface of the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer is changed from the sticky touch of the general moisture-permeable waterproof cloth to the friction coefficient of the surface layer to change to a dry and pleasant touch, and to prevent condensation due to the excellent moisture absorption and release of the microporous layer. The direct effect of the wool powder also reduces the surface thermal conductivity can be obtained a film of a warm feeling. In addition, it is possible to obtain a super-sensitive, super-breathable moisture-proof coating fabric that naturally expresses the natural texture under the influence of natural protein. The hydrophilic non-porous resin used as the binder of the surface treatment agent improves the water pressure and moisture permeability, and protects the micropores of the wet layer from washing and dry cleaning.

Features and other advantages of the invention as described above will become more apparent from the description of the non-limiting examples described below.
