Abstract

본 발명은 접이식 어린이시트에 관한 것으로, 쿠션시트(1)와 등받이(2)가 핀(10)으로 회동가능하게 결합됨과 더불어, 핸들(4)에 고정된 로드(8)를 매개로 회동가능하게 설치된 위치결정구(7)에 의해 등받이(2)의 각도를 조절할 수 있도록 된 구조로, 등받이(2)를 접을 수 있도록 되어 보관시 부피가 적게 차지하도록 된 것이다.

본 발명은 어린이시트에 관한 것으로, 특히 등받이를 접을 수 있도록 되어 보관시 부피가 적게 차지하도록 된 접이식 어린이시트에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 출고시 설치된 시트가 너무 크고 안정감이 없어 기존 시트에 별도의 어린이용 소형시트가 설치되는 바, 종래의 어린이시트는 제 5 도에 도시된 것과 같이, 하부시트(11)에 상부시트(12)가 밀착되어 이 하부시트(11)와 상부시트(12)에 형성된 구멍(11a,12a)으로 경사조절핀(13)이 끼워져 고정된 구조로 되어 있다.
이러한 어린이시트는 상기 상부시트(12)가 일체로 되어 어린이가 사용하지 않을 때에도 보관 면적을 많이 차지하는 결점이 있었다.
이에 본 발명은 상기와 같은 결점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 쿠션시트와 등받이가 핀으로 회동가능하게 결합됨과 더불어, 핸들에 고정된 와이어를 매개로 회동가능하게 결합됨과 더불어, 핸들에 고정된 와이어를 매개로 회동가능하게 설치된 위치결정구에 의해 등받이의 각도를 조절할 수 있도록 된 구조로, 등받이를 접을 수 있도록 되어 보관시 부피가 적게 차지하도록 된 접이식 어린이시트를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
상기한 바와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은, 쿠션안내부를 갖춘 쿠션시트가 등받이안내부를 갖춘 등받이와 핀을 매개로 회동가능하게 설치되고, 상기 쿠션시트의 측면에 힌지를 중심으로 설치된 핸들과 소정위치에 힌지를 중심으로 설치된 위치결정구가 로드를 매개로 연동되어 회동가능하게 설치됨과 더불어, 이 위치결정구가 쿠션안내부와 등받이안내부의 사이에 설치된 치차에 스프링을 매개로 끼워지거나 빠져서 등받이의 각도가 선택적으로 고정되도록 되어 있다.
이하 본 발명을 첨부된 예시도면에 의거 상세히 설명한다.
제 1 도는 본 발명의 어린이시트를 설명하는 개략도이고, 제 2 도는 제 1 도의 A-A선 단면도이며, 제 3 도는 B방향에서 본 측면도이고, 제 4 도는 본 발명의 어린이시트를 접은상태도로서, 본 발명은, 쿠션안내부(1a)를 갖춘 쿠션시트(1)가 등받이안내부(2a)를 갖춘 등받이(2)와 핀(10)를 매개로 회동가능하게 설치되고, 상기 쿠션시트(1)의 측면에 힌지(5)를 중심으로 설치된 핸들(4)과 소정위치에 힌지(6)를 중심으로 설치된 위치결정구(7)가 로드(8)를 매개로 연동되어 회동가능하게 설치됨과 더불어, 이 위치결정구(7)가 쿠션안내부(1a)와 등받이안내부(2a)의 사이에 설치된 치차(2b)에 스프링(9)을 매개로 끼워지거나 빠져서 등받이(2)의 각도가 선택적으로 고정되는 구조로 되어 있다.
여기서 미설명부호 3은 이동손잡이이다.
따라서 상기 핸들(4)을 잡고 아래쪽으로 내리면 힌지(5)를 중심으로 회동되면서 로드(8)를 매개로 힌지(6)를 매개로 회동가능하게 설치된 위치결정구(7)를 회동시켜 상기 치차(2b)로 부터 해제되어 등받이(2)가 일정각도로 선택적으로 회동되어 제 4 도와 같이 완전히 접은 상태가 되고, 또 상기 등받이(2)의 각도를 조절할 때에는 상기 스프링(9)의 복원력에 의해 위치결정구(7)를 치차(2b)에 끼워지도록 한다.
이상 설명한 바와 같이 본 발명에 의하면, 쿠션시트(1)와 등받이(2)가 핀(10)으로 회동가능하게 결합됨과 더불어, 핸들(4)에 고정된 로드(8)를 매개로 회동가능하게 설치된 위치결정구(7)에 의해 등받이(2)의 각도를 조절할 수 있도록 된 구조로, 등받이(2)를 접을 수 있도록 되어 보관시 부피가 적게 차지하게 되는 효과가 있다.

  1. 쿠션안내부(1a)를 갖춘 쿠션시트(1)가 등받이안내부(2a)를 갖춘 등받이(2)와 핀(10)을 매개로 회동가능하게 설치되고, 상기 쿠션시트(1)의 측면에 힌지(5)를 중심으로 설치된 핸들(4)과 소정위치에 힌지(6)를 중심으로 설치된 위치결정구(7)가 로드(8)를 매개로 연동되어 회동가능하게 설치됨과 더불어, 이 위치결정구(7)가 쿠션안내부(1a)와 등받이안내부(2a)의 사이에 설치된 치차(2b)에 스프링(9)을 매개로 끼워지거나 빠져서 등받이(2)의 각도가 선택적으로 고정되도록 된 접이식 어린이시트.
