Abstract

본 고안은 자동차용 안개등 커버 취부구조에 관한 것으로서, 자동차의 범퍼페시아(2) 하단부 양측에 구비되어 그 후면 양측으로부터 소정량 돌출 형성된 제 1, 2결합돌기(10, 12)가 형성되고, 상기 제 1결합돌기(10)에 와셔(20)를 삽입시켜 고정되는 안개등 커버(6)에 있어서, 상기 안개등 커버(6)의 제 1결합돌기(10)의 제 1플랜지(14)의 단부측에 상기 와셔(20)의 양측을 지지하는 돌출된 걸림턱(30)을 형성하여, 이 걸림턱(30)이 범퍼페시아(2)에 밀착되도록하여 범퍼페시아와 안개등 커버의 체결부위에 취부되는 와셔의 밀림을 억제시켜 들뜸을 방지하고 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Description

자동차용 안개등 커버 취부구조
본 고안은 자동차용 안개등 커버 취부구조에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 차동차의 범버페시아의 하단부 양측에 장착되는 안개등 그릴의 취부구조를 개선함으로써, 범퍼페시아와 안개등 커버의 체결부위에 들뜸을 방지할 수 있도록 한 자동차용 안개등 커버 취부구조에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 자동차의 전방과 후방에는 차량의 충돌시 충격에너지를 흡수하여 탑승자의 안전을 도모하도록 충격흡수 구조로된 프론트범퍼(Front Bumper)와 리어범퍼(Rear Bumper)를 구비한다.
상기한 프론트범퍼라 함은 차량의 외관을 이루며 자동차의 바디에 고정되는 범퍼페시아와, 상기 범퍼페시아 내측에 연결되어 충돌시의 충격력을 흡수하도록 벌집형상의 플라스틱 성형부재로 된 에너지업소버가 구비되며, 이 에너지업소버 후면에 연결되어 상기 에너지업소버를 보강하기 위하여 임팩트비임이 구비되며, 상기 임팩트비임에 결합되어 범퍼전체를 자동차의 양측을 지지하는 프레임인 롱지튜디널에 장착하는 임팩트비임 브라켓으로 구성되어 있는 것을 총괄하여 일컷는 것이다.
이때 상기한 범퍼페시아는 그 중앙부가 자동차의 번호판을 부착할 수 있도록 형성되며, 그 하단 양측으로는 안개등이 장착될 수 있도록 취부홀이 형성된다.
첨부된 도면 도 1은 안개등의 커버이 장착된 일반적인 자동차를 나타낸 정면도로서, 도시된 바와 같이 프론트범퍼의 범퍼페시아(2) 하단부 양측으로 안개등(도시생략)을 장착시킬 수 있도록 취부홀(4)이 형성되나, 상기 안개등을 장착하지 않는 자동차에 있어서 상기 취부홀(4)을 외관상 막음하기 위하여 플라스틱 성형재인 안개등 커버(6)가 구비된다.
첨부된 도면 도 2는 종래 범퍼페시아(2)에 안개등 커버(6)가 장착되는 분해 사시도를 나타낸 것으로서, 도시된 바와 같이 그 전면은 소정의 곡률을 이루는 타원형의 판상인 커버판(8)이 형성되며, 상기 커버판(8) 후면의 양측 끝단부에는 이 커버판(8)을 범퍼페시아(2)에 결합시키기 위하여 소정량 돌출된 제 1,2결합돌기(10, 12)가 형성되며, 이 결합돌기(10, 12) 끝단에는 제 1, 2플랜지(14, 16)가 형성된다.
상기 안개등 커버(6)의 제 1플랜지에(14)는 결합홀(18)이 형성되어 있어서, 상기 범퍼페시아(2)의 취부홀(4) 후면에 형성된 결합부(24)에 볼트(22)와 와셔를 통하여 결합되고, 이때 제 2플랜지(16)는 삽입시켜 위치고정되게 된다.
이와 같이 상기 안개등 커버(6)가 범퍼페시아(2)의 취부홀(4)에 결합될 때에는 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 안개등 커버(6)의 제 1플랜지(14)에는 상기 결합홀(18)과 동일게 결합홀(18a)이 형성된 대략“ U ”자형의 와셔(20)를 개재시켜 결합시키게 되는데, 이때 제 2플랜지(16)를 상기 범퍼페시아(2)의 결합부에 삽입시켜 위치고정시킨 후, 상기 제 1플랜지(14)를 결합부(24)에 스크류로된 볼트(22)를 통하여 상기 안개등 커버(6)가 장착된다.
상기와 같이 안개등 커버(6)가 범퍼페시아(2)의 결합부(24)에 결합되어 있어 범퍼페시아(2)와 결합부(24) 사이에 들뜸이 발생하여 체결부위가 취약하다는 문제점이 발생하였다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제를 해소하기 위하여 고안된 것으로서, 차동차의 범버페시아의 하단부 양측에 장착되는 안개등 그릴의 취부구조를 개선함으로써, 범퍼페시아와 안개등 커버의 체결부위에 들뜸을 방지할 수 있도록 한 자동차용 안개등 커버 취부구조를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
상술한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 고안은 자동차의 범퍼페시아 하단부 양측에 구비되어 그 후면 양측으로부터 소정량 돌출 형성된 제 1, 2결합돌기가 형성되고, 상기 제 1결합돌기에 와셔를 삽입시켜 고정되는 안개등 커버에 있어서, 상기 안개등 커버의 제 1결합돌기의 제 1플랜지의 단부측에 상기 와셔의 양측을 지지하는 돌출된 걸림턱을 형성하여, 이 걸림턱이 범퍼페시아에 밀착되도록 된 것을 특징으로 한다.

이하 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 고안을 상세히 설명한다.
도 4는 본 고안의 자동차용 안개등 커버을 나타낸 사시도이다.
도시된 바와 같이 안개등 커버(6)의 후면 양측 끝단에 돌출 형성되어 자동차의 범퍼페시아(2)의 결합부(24)에 결합될 수 있도록 된 제 1결합돌기(10)의 제 1플랜지(14) 단부측에 돌출된 걸림턱(30)을 형성한다.
상기 걸림턱(30) 사이에 와셔(20)를 끼워 상기 와셔(20)가 범퍼페시아(2)에 직접 접촉하지 않고 상기 걸림턱(30)이 직접 접촉되도록 하며, 볼트(22)로 취부시에 상기 와셔(20)가 상.하측으로 돌아 가지 않도록 하는 구조이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 자동차용 안개등 커버 취부구조는 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 먼저, 안개등 커버(6)의 걸림턱(30)사이에 와셔(20)를 삽입시켜 결합홀(22)과 와셔구멍(20a)을 일치시킨후, 상기 범퍼페시아(2)에 형성된 취부공(4)에 상기 안개등 커버(6)를 삽입시킨다.
이때, 상기 안개등 커버(6)의 일측에 형성된 제 2플랜지(16)를 범퍼페시아(2)에 걸림되도록 하고, 타측은 상기 결합홀(18)과 와셔(20)의 결합홀(18a)을 일치시킨 부위를 소정의 볼트(22)로 체결시킨다.
이에따라 안개등 커버(6)를 조립할 경우에는 와셔(20)를 걸림턱(30)에 삽입시켜 볼트(22)로 고정하여 상기 걸림턱(30)이 직접 범퍼페시아(2)에 밀착되므로 범퍼페시아(2)와 안개등 커버(6)의 체결부위에 들뜸을 방지할 수 있다.
이와 같이 이상 설명한 바와 같이 본 고안의 안개등 커버는 제 1걸림돌기의 단부측에 걸림턱을 형성함으로써, 범퍼페시아와 안개등 커버의 체결부위에 취부되는 와셔의 밀림을 억제시켜 들뜸을 방지하고 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

  1. 자동차의 범퍼페시아(2) 하단부 양측에 구비되어 그 후면 양측으로부터 소정량 돌출 형성된 제 1, 2결합돌기(10, 12)가 형성되고, 상기 제 1결합돌기(10)에 와셔(20)를 삽입시켜 고정되는 안개등 커버(6)에 있어서, 상기 안개등 커버(6)의 제 1결합돌기(10)의 제 1플랜지(14)의 단부측에 상기 와셔(20)의 양측을 지지하는 돌출된 걸림턱(30)을 형성하여, 이 걸림턱(30)이 범퍼페시아(2)에 밀착되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 안개등 커버 취부구조.
