본 고안은 가스보일러용 연소장치 구조에 관한 것으로써, 특히 중앙상부에 연소통 고정부(9)를 돌출 형성하며, 연소통고정부(9)의 외측에 다수개의 연소통지지구(11)를 돌출 형성하고, 연소통지지구(11)의 외측 소정위치에 장방형 중공부(15)를 형성하며, 연소통고정부(9)일측에는 상부로 돌출하는 벤츄리관고정편(12)를 포함하는 하부커버(8)를 다이캐스팅 주조로 일체성 있게 형성하고, 상기 하부커버(8)의 상부에 고정 결합되는 상부커버(2)의 중앙에는 다수개의 공기확산공(4)을 가진 확산판(3)과 상부커버(2)의 일측 소정위치에 급기구(6)를 일체성 있게 다이캐스팅 성형함으로서, 상부커버와 하부커버의 조립고정 결합과 연소장치의 제작이 용이하고, 연소장치에 구비되는 연소통과 점화장치의 설치시 상·하부커버의 정확한 치수공차에 의해 조립작업의 정확성을 기여하며, 아울러 가스연료를 사용하는 연소장치의 기밀성이 보장되어 사고를 예방시킬 수 있는 가스보일러용 연소 장치구조.The present invention relates to a structure of a combustion apparatus for a gas boiler, and particularly, protrudes the combustion cylinder fixing part 9 in the center and protrudes a plurality of combustion cylinder supports 11 outside the combustion notification part 9.
