Abstract

본 고안은 각종 전자제품에 있어서의 종·횡으로의 설치위치를 각각 달리하는 회로기판(PCB)간을 상호 연결하기 위한 회로기판 접속 연결장치에 관한 것으로, 특히, 횡설 회로기판(main PCB)(1)상부 및 입설 회로기판(function PCB)(3) 후면부에 각각 설치한 컨넥터(connector)(2) 및 (4)와를, 양단에 횡설 회로기판측 삽입접속핀부(51)와 입설회로기판측 삽입접속핀부(52)를 가지며 양측에 가이더(53) 및 로커(locker)(54)를 일체로 구성한 매개 컨넥터(5)로 접속연결 구성하여, 신속·정확한 조립을 기할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

본 고안은 각종 전자제품에 있어서의 종·횡으로의 설치위치를 각각 달리하는 회로기판(PCB)간을 상호 연결하기 위한 회로기판 접속 연결장치에 관한 것으로, 특히, 조립구조의 개선으로 신속·정확한 조립을 기할 수 있도록 한 회로기판 접속 연결장치에 관한 것이다.
종래에는, 각각 소정거리를 두고 설치되거나 종·횡으로의 설치위치를 달리하는 두개의 회로기판을 연결시킴에 있어 매개체로서 와이어(wire) 또는 플랫케이블(flat cable)을 이용하여 연결시키는 조립(연결)수단이 강구되어 왔다.
그러나, 이러한 연결수단에 있어서는 매개체 양단을 각각의 회로기판에 일일이 접속 조립하여야 하는 작업상의 번거로움이 수반될 뿐만아니라, 그 길이 또한 매우 길므로 말미암아 회로적 신호감쇠현상 및 노이즈(noise)현상을 초래하는 등의 문제점을 내포하고 있는 실정이었다.
본 고안은, 전술한 바와같은 종래의 제반결점을 해결하기 위하여 안출한 것으로, 이하, 첨부도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
첨부도면 제1도는 본 고안의 개략적인 조립구성을 보인 설명도이고, 제2도는 본 고안의 실시예를 보인 결합 종단면도이며, 제3도는 본 고안의 매개 컨넥터의 구성도로써 (a)는 좌측면도 (b)는 평면도 (c)는 우측면도이다.
도시된 바와같이, 본 고안은 횡설 회로기판(main PCB)(1)상에 컨넥터(connector)(2)를 설치하고 입설 회로기판(function PCB)(3)후면부에는 컨넥터(connector)(4)를 설치하되 이들 양 컨넥터(2),(4)간을, 횡설 회로기판측 삽입접속핀부(51)와 입설회로기판측 삽입접속핀부(52) 및 가이더(53) 그리고 로커(locker)(54)가 일체로 구성된 매개 컨넥터(connector)(5)를 원터치(one touch) 조립수단에 의해 접속연결할 수 있도록 구성하여서 된 것이다.
도면중 미설명부호 31은 매개 컨넥터(5)의 로커(54)가 삽입록킹될 수 있는 입설회로기판(3)의 삽입관통공, 6은 프레임(frame), 7은 매개 컨넥터(5)의 가이더(53)가 삽입관통되어 지지될 수 있는 브래킷(braket)을 나타낸 것이다.
이와같은 구성으로 된 본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은, 횡설 회로기판(1)에 고정설치된 컨넥터(2)에 매개 컨넥터(5)의 일측 삽입접속핀부(51)를 삽입접속시킨 상태에서 타측의 삽입접속핀부(52)를 입설 회로기판(3)에 고정설치된 컨넥터(4)에 삽입접속시키는 최소 조립공수 만으로 간단히 그 접속작업을 기할 수 있게 된다.
즉, 횡설 회로기판(main PCB)(1) 및 입설 회로기판(function PCB)(3)에 미리 고정설치된 컨넥터(2) 및 컨넥터(4)의 접속부에 매개 컨넥터(5)를 직접적인 삽입수단에 의해 간단히 접속시킴으로써, 불필요한 조립공수를 배제함에 따른 신속하고 정확한 조립이 가능케되며 회로적인 불량발생을 미연에 방지할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
이상에서 상술한 바와같은 본 고안의 회로기판 접속 연결장치에 의하면, 조립공수를 현저히 줄일수(one touch) 있는 잇점이 있음은 물론, 신속·원할한 조립성의 향상으로 제조원가의 대폭 절감효과가 기대되는 등의 특장점이 있다.

  1. 횡설 회로기판(main PCB)(1)상부 및 입설 회로기판(function PCB)(3) 후면부에 각각 설치한 컨넥터(connector)(2) 및 (4)와를, 양단에 횡설 회로기판측 삽입접속핀부(51)와 입설회로기판측 삽입접속핀부(52)를 가지며 양측에 가이더(53) 및 로커(locker)(54)를 일체로 구성한 매개 컨넥터(5)로 접속연결 구성하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 회로기판 접속 연결장치.
