前記液滴生成手段は電動式の水車であって、その一部を前記貯留槽に貯留した浄化用水に所定深さまで浸けた状態で回転駆動させることにより、飛沫による前記液滴を生成しながら前記気液接触室中に拡散させるとともに前記浄化用水中に気泡を混入・拡散させ、
