Description
The present invention relates to a resin window member for a vehicle and a resin composite module for a vehicle.
By the way, vehicles are always required to be lighter. As a means for reducing the weight of a vehicle, it is being studied to form a window member for a vehicle with a resin. On the other hand, the resin window member tends to have weaker scratch resistance than the glass window member. The scratch resistance can be improved by forming a hard coat layer on a portion of the window member for a vehicle that requires at least a certain level of scratch resistance. Further, by forming a protective layer on the surface of the hard coat layer, scratch resistance can be further improved.
However, the protective layer on the surface of the hard coat layer formed on the resin substrate has a lower coefficient of linear expansion than that of the substrate. Therefore, in a large member such as a window member for a vehicle, the protective layer may be cracked due to expansion and contraction of the substrate due to heat.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a resin window member for a vehicle and a resin composite module for a vehicle capable of suppressing the occurrence of cracks.

Further, in the description of the present embodiment, for convenience of explanation, the "vertical direction", the "front-back direction", and the "left-right direction" are appropriately referred to. These directions are relative directions set for the vehicle of FIG. 1 or FIG. Here, the "vertical direction" is a direction including the "upward direction" and the "downward direction". The "left-right direction" is a direction including the "left direction" and the "right direction".
(Resin window member for vehicles)
First, the resin window member for a vehicle according to the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a rear portion of a
In the
A
The
Subsequently, the
In the
A
The
The
The
By the way, the protective layer on the surface of the hard coat layer formed on the substrate has a lower coefficient of linear expansion than that of the substrate. Therefore, in a large member such as a window member for a vehicle, there is a high possibility that a crack is generated in the protective layer due to expansion and contraction of the substrate due to heat.
In the
Further, in the first embodiment and the second embodiment, an example is shown in which the hard coat layers 30, 130 and the
Further, in the
Further, in the first embodiment and the second embodiment, it is preferable that the divided
Further, in the first embodiment and the second embodiment, it is preferable that each of the divided
(Resin composite module for vehicles)

The composite
The
A
As a method of forming the divided
In the composite
Further, in the third embodiment, an example in which the
Further, in the composite
Further, in the third embodiment, it is preferable that the divided
Further, in the third embodiment, it is preferable that each of the divided
Although the specific aspects of the "divided"
Further, in the present disclosure, when the
Further, in the first embodiment and the second embodiment, the
Further, in the present disclosure, the shape of the hard coat layer in the window member and the shape of the window portion in the composite module in a plan view is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, a substantially rectangular shape or an elliptical shape. If the length and the short side of the hard coat layer or the window are the same length, any direction may be determined as the long side and the short side. In this case, since it is divided into at least two in either direction, the force acting in the longitudinal direction of the protective layer due to expansion and contraction due to heat of the substrate is buffered by the hard coat layer.
Further, in the present disclosure, the term "divided in the longitudinal direction or the lateral direction" does not mean only the case where a gap strictly orthogonal to the longitudinal direction or the lateral direction is formed, but also the case where the gap is formed in the longitudinal direction or the lateral direction. This includes the case where a gap is formed diagonally with respect to the direction. Further, the term "divided" does not mean only the case where the protective layer is strictly divided evenly, but also includes the case where the protective layer is unevenly divided.
Although the specific embodiment has been illustrated above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be freely modified, improved, and the like as appropriate. In addition, the material, shape, size, numerical value, form, number, arrangement location, etc. of each component in the above-described embodiment are arbitrary and are not limited as long as the present invention can be achieved.
For example, in the present disclosure, a primer layer such as an acrylic resin may be provided between the substrate and the hard coat layer in consideration of the difference in adhesion and linear expansion coefficient between the substrate and the hard coat layer. ..
For example, in the third embodiment, a composite rear module having a lamp portion that transmits light of a lamp member has been described, but examples of the lamp member include a stop lamp, a turn signal lamp, a back lamp, a tail lamp, a rear fog lamp, and a daytime. Examples include lamps. Further, a rear combination lamp composed of any combination of these lamps may be used.
Further, the composite module of the present disclosure may be equipped with members such as a lamp, a cleaner, a wiper, a sensor, and a defogger. Examples of the lamp include those described above. Examples of the sensor include LiDAR, a camera, a radar, and the like.
