Claims (6)
- モータ軸(20)を車幅方向に配置した電動モータ(11)を収納するモータハウジング(14)の内部に、前記電動モータ(11)に対して車幅方向一方側にオフセットした状態でディファレンシャルギヤ(13)が収納され、前記ディファレンシャルギヤ(13)から車幅方向他方側に延びる出力軸(33)の少なくとも一部が前記モータハウジング(14)の内部に収納され、前記出力軸(33)の車幅方向他方側の端部が前記モータハウジング(14)に出力軸ベアリング(37)を介して支持された車両用パワーユニットであって、
前記モータハウジング(14)は前記電動モータ(11)と前記出力軸(33)との間に空間部(38)を有し、前記電動モータ(11)を潤滑して飛散したオイルは前記空間部(38)を通って前記出力軸ベアリング(37)に供給されることを特徴とする車両用パワーユニット。 - 前記電動モータ(11)の一部は前記モータハウジング(14)の底部に滞留するオイルに漬かっていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両用パワーユニット。
- 前記モータ軸(20)の内部にオイル供給通路(51)が形成され、前記オイル供給通路(51)から供給されるオイルで前記電動モータ(11)が潤滑されることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両用パワーユニット。
- 前記モータ軸(20)に設けられたギヤ(23)の車幅方向一方側の端部は、デフケース(30)の車幅方向他方側を前記モータハウジング(14)に支持するデフベアリング(31)の車幅方向他方側の端部よりも車幅方向一方側に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の車両用パワーユニット。
- 前記出力軸ベアリング(37)は前記電動モータ(11)の車幅方向他方側の端面よりも車幅方向他方側に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載の車両用パワーユニット。
- 駆動輪に駆動力を伝達するインボードジョイント(34)を前記出力軸(35)の車幅方向他方側の端部に備え、前記インボードジョイント(34)の外径は前記出力軸ベアリング(37)の外径よりも大きく、かつ前記インボードジョイント(34)は前記電動モータ(11)の車幅方向他方側の端面よりも車幅方向他方側に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項5の何れか1項に記載の車両用パワーユニット。
