Abstract
Description
請求項2に記載の発明は、請求項1に記載のコンクリート輸送管用のプラグであって、前記プラグは弾性材料から球状に形成されていることを特徴とする、コンクリート輸送管用のプラグとして構成される。
請求項3に記載の発明は、請求項1に記載のコンクリート輸送管用のプラグであって、前記プラグは、その外径が前記コンクリート輸送管の内径より小さく形成されていると共にその内部に空気等の流体が充填される密封室を備えた弾性体からなり、前記プラグが前記コンクリート輸送管に入れられた状態で前記密封室に流体が充填されると前記プラグが膨張してその外周面が前記コンクリート輸送管の内周面に所定の圧力で密着するようになっていることを特徴とする、コンクリート輸送管用のプラグとして構成される。
請求項4に記載の発明は、請求項1〜3のいずれかの項に記載のプラグであって、前記プラグには発信器が設けられ、前記発信器からの信号を所定の受信器で検出することによって、前記コンクリート輸送管における前記プラグの位置が検出できるようになっていることを特徴とする、コンクリート輸送管用のプラグとして構成される。

Claims (4)
- コンクリート輸送管に入れられるプラグであって、該プラグはコンクリートの圧送開始に先立って前記コンクリート輸送管に入れられて、弾性変形して前記コンクリート輸送管の内周面に所定の圧力で液密的に密着するようになっており、コンクリートポンプによってコンクリートの圧送を開始すると、前記コンクリートの先端部によって前記プラグが押されて前記コンクリート輸送管内を摺動的に前進するようになっていることを特徴とする、コンクリート輸送管用のプラグ。
- 請求項1に記載のコンクリート輸送管用のプラグであって、前記プラグは弾性材料から球状に形成されていることを特徴とする、コンクリート輸送管用のプラグ。
- 請求項1に記載のコンクリート輸送管用のプラグであって、前記プラグは、その外径が前記コンクリート輸送管の内径より小さく形成されていると共にその内部に空気等の流体が充填される密封室を備えた弾性体からなり、前記プラグが前記コンクリート輸送管に入れられた状態で前記密封室に流体が充填されると前記プラグが膨張してその外周面が前記コンクリート輸送管の内周面に所定の圧力で密着するようになっていることを特徴とする、コンクリート輸送管用のプラグ。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかの項に記載のプラグであって、前記プラグには発信器が設けられ、前記発信器からの信号を所定の受信器で検出することによって、前記コンクリート輸送管における前記プラグの位置が検出できるようになっていることを特徴とする、コンクリート輸送管用のプラグ。
