Abstract
Description
本実施態様において使用されるゴム成分としては、ブチル系ゴムが好適に用いられる。ブチル系ゴムとしては、例えば、ブチルゴム(非ハロゲン化ブチルゴム、IIR)、臭素化ブチルゴム(Br−IIR)や塩素化ブチルゴム(Cl−IIR)等のハロゲン化ブチルゴム(X−IIR)、イソブチレンとp−アルキルスチレンとの共重合体(例えば、エクソンモービル社製のExxpro3035)、該共重合体のハロゲン化物等が挙げられる。高い耐熱性を有するという理由から、非ハロゲン化ブチルゴム(IIR)が好ましい。これらのブチル系ゴムは、単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を併用してもよい。
本実施態様のゴム組成物は、ゴム成分100質量部に対して0.1〜10質量部のω−9脂肪酸アミド(オメガ9脂肪酸アミド)および/またはステアリン酸アミド、並びに0.1〜100質量部の樹脂を含有することを特徴とする。ω−9脂肪酸アミドまたはステアリン酸アミドと樹脂とを併用することにより、耐久性に優れるにもかかわらず、混練機や加硫金型などの設備への過密着が抑えられ、加工性および離型性に優れるゴム組成物となる。
オレイン酸アミド:日油(株)製のアルフローE−10(透明融点:74℃)
ステアリン酸カルシウム:日油(株)製のカルシウムステアレートG(透明融点:154℃)
12−ヒドロキシステアリン酸カルシウム:日油(株)製のカルシウムヒマステ(透明融点:152℃)
ステアリン酸アミド:日油(株)製のアルフローS−10(透明融点:103℃)
エルカ酸アミド:日油(株)製のアルフローP−10(透明融点:82℃)
IIR:エクソンモービル化学社製のBUTYL268(イソプレンの含有量:1.70モル%、非ハロゲン化ブチルゴム)
CR:昭和電工(株)製のネオプレンW
カーボンブラック:キャボットジャパン(株)製のショウブラックN220(N2SA:114m2/g)
粘着樹脂:ヤスハラケミカル(株)製のクリアロンP85(水添ポリテルペン樹脂、軟化点:85℃、Tg:43℃)
相溶化樹脂:ストラクトール社製の40MS(スチレン・エチレン・プロピレンの共重合樹脂、軟化点:102℃、Tg:62℃)
キャスターオイル:伊藤製油(株)製の工業用1号ヒマシ油
プロセスオイル:出光興産(株)製のダイアナプロセスAH−24
液状ポリマー:(株)クラレ製のL−SBR820(液状SBR、Mw:10000)
ステアリン酸:日油(株)製つばき
離型剤1:ストラクトール社製のEF44(脂肪酸亜鉛、透明融点:103℃)
離型剤2:ストラクトール社製のWB16(脂肪酸カルシウム塩、脂肪酸モノエタノールアミドおよび脂肪酸モノエタノールアミドのエステルとの混合物、透明融点:101℃)
老化防止剤1:川口化学工業(株)製のアンチテーゼW−500(2,2’−メチレン−ビス−(4−エチル−6−tert−ブチルフェノール))
酸化亜鉛:三井金属鉱業(株)製の酸化亜鉛2種
架橋性樹脂:田岡化学工業(株)製のタッキロール201(アルキルフェノールホルムアルデヒド樹脂、軟化点:78〜93℃)
表1に記載のアミドと脂肪酸金属塩を別々に製造したもの(粉体0.5mm以下径)を常温にて混合した。
表2に示す配合処方にしたがい、1.7Lの密閉型バンバリーミキサーを用いて、硫黄および加硫促進剤以外の薬品を排出温度160℃で5分間混練りし、混練物を得た。さらに、得られた混練物を前記バンバリーミキサーにより、排出温度150℃で4分間、再度混練りした(リミル)。次に、2軸オープンロールを用いて、得られた混練物に硫黄および加硫促進剤を添加し、4分間、105℃になるまで練り込み、未加硫ゴム組成物を得た。得られた未加硫ゴム組成物を190℃で20分間プレス加硫することで、試験用ゴム組成物を作製した。得られた未加硫ゴム組成物および試験用ゴム組成物について下記の評価を行った。結果を表2に示す。
各リミル後の未加硫ゴム組成物について、JIS K 6300−1の「未加硫ゴム−物理特性−第1部:ムーニー粘度計による粘度及びスコーチタイムの求め方」に準じたムーニー粘度の測定方法に従い、130℃の温度条件にて、ムーニー粘度(ML1+4)を測定した。結果は比較例1のムーニー粘度の逆数を100として指数表示した。粘度指数が大きいほどムーニー粘度が低いことを示す。なお、100以上を性能目標値とする。
1.7Lバンバリーミキサーにおける混練時の、未加硫ゴム組成物とローター金属およびミキサー内壁との密着程度を目視および引き剥がし作業時間により評価した。結果は比較例1の離型性を100として指数表示した。離型性指数が大きいほど離型性に優れることを示す。なお、105以上を性能目標値とする。
各試験用ゴム組成物からJIS−K6251に準じて3号ダンベル試験片を作製し、引っ張り試験を実施した。破断時の伸び(EB)を測定し、比較例1の値を100とした指数で表示した。指数の値が高いほど、ゴム強度が高く、耐久性に優れることを示す。
Claims (6)
- ブチル系ゴムを80質量%以上含有するゴム成分100質量部に対し、
ω−9脂肪酸アミドおよび/またはステアリン酸アミドを0.1〜10質量部、並びに
樹脂を0.1〜100質量部含有するゴム組成物であり、
前記ω−9脂肪酸アミドおよび/またはステアリン酸アミドを、20〜80質量%のω−9脂肪酸アミドおよび/またはステアリン酸アミド、並びに20〜80質量%のステアリン酸またはヒドロキシステアリン酸の金属塩を含む混合物として含有するゴム組成物。 - 樹脂が、粘着樹脂、相溶化樹脂、および架橋性樹脂からなる群から選ばれる1以上の樹脂である、請求項1記載のゴム組成物。
- 軟化点が130℃以下の樹脂を含み、
プロセスオイルおよび液状ポリマーの少なくとも1種を含み、
軟化点が130℃以下の樹脂、プロセスオイル、および液状ポリマーの合計含有量が10質量部以上である、請求項1または2に記載のゴム組成物。 - 4質量部以上のプロセスオイルを含有する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のゴム組成物。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のゴム組成物で構成される、タイヤ加硫用またはタイヤ成形用のブラダー。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のゴム組成物で構成される、タイヤ内部部材。
