Abstract
Description
図1は本発明の実施の形態に係る電動機の側面断面図である。図1に示される電動機100は、モールド固定子10と、回転子20と、モールド固定子10の軸方向一端部に取り付けられる金属製のブラケット30とを備える。電動機100は、例えば、回転子20に永久磁石を有し、インバータで駆動されるブラシレスDCモータである。回転子20は内部磁石型でありかつコンシクエントポール型である。
Claims (12)
- 環状の固定子と、
前記固定子の内側に配置された環状の回転子コアと前記回転子コアの内部に配置され前記回転子コアの周方向に配列された複数の永久磁石とを有するコンシクエントポール型の回転子と、
を備え、
前記固定子は、不飽和ポリエステル樹脂に覆われている電動機。 - 前記固定子が有する固定子コアの外周部から前記不飽和ポリエステル樹脂の外周部までの厚みをAとし、前記固定子コアの内周部から前記不飽和ポリエステル樹脂の内周部までの厚みをBとしたとき、A>Bの関係が満たされる請求項1に記載の電動機。
- 前記固定子コアは、
それぞれがヨークと前記ヨークから突出するティースとを有する複数の分割コア部を、前記複数の分割コア部のそれぞれが前記複数の分割コア部の内の他の隣接する1つと接するように配列して環状に形成され、
隣接する2つの前記ヨークは、薄肉部により相互に連結され、または隣接する2つの前記ヨークの各々に形成される凹凸状のダボにより相互に連結される請求項2に記載の電動機。 - 隣接する2つの前記ヨークの間には、前記ヨークと前記ティースとに囲まれる孔が形成され、
前記孔には前記不飽和ポリエステル樹脂が設けられている請求項3に記載の電動機。 - 前記回転子コアは、
前記回転子コアの内部に設けられ、前記回転子コアの径方向における前記複数の永久磁石の各々の外側に配置された少なくとも1個の第1のスリットと、
前記回転子コアの外周面に設けられ、互いに隣り合う前記複数の永久磁石の間に配置された少なくとも1個の第2のスリットとを有する請求項1から請求項4の何れか一項に記載の電動機。 - 前記少なくとも1個の第2のスリットの総面積が、前記少なくとも1個の第1のスリットの総面積よりも大きい請求項5に記載の電動機。
- 前記少なくとも1個の第2のスリットの個数が、前記少なくとも1個の第1のスリットの個数よりも多い請求項5に記載の電動機。
- 前記回転子コアの径方向における前記少なくとも1個の第2のスリットの幅が、前記径方向における前記少なくとも1個の第1のスリットの幅よりも広い請求項5に記載の電動機。
- 前記径方向と直交する方向における前記少なくとも1個の第2のスリットの幅が、前記径方向と直交する方向における前記少なくとも1個の第1のスリットの幅よりも広い請求項5に記載の電動機。
- 前記第1のスリットは前記回転子コアの外周面に開口しておらず、
前記第2のスリットは前記回転子コアの外周面に開口する請求項5に記載の電動機。 - 前記回転子は、各々が前記複数の永久磁石の各々により形成された複数の第1の磁極と、各々が前記回転子コアの互いに隣り合う前記永久磁石間に形成され、前記第1の磁極の極性と異なる極性を持つ複数の第2の磁極とを有し、
前記第1の磁極での前記回転子コアの外径は、前記第2の磁極での前記回転子コアの外径に等しい請求項5から請求項11の何れか一項に記載の電動機。 - 請求項1から請求項11の何れか一項に記載の電動機を備える空気調和機。
