以下、図面を参照して本発明の二次電池の実施形態1を説明する。
次に、本発明の二次電池の実施形態2について図1から図9を援用し、図10を用いて説明する。
Claims (9)
- 外部端子と電池容器内の電極との間の電流経路を遮断する電流遮断機構を備えた二次電池であって、
前記電流遮断機構は、前記電極に接続された集電板と、該集電板の基部に接続され、前記電池容器内の圧力上昇によって変形して前記基部との接続が断たれるダイヤフラムと、該ダイヤフラムおよび前記集電板の基部を前記電池容器の内側に固定する絶縁部材と、を備え、
前記絶縁部材は、前記基部の厚さ方向に突出する突起部を有し、
前記基部は、前記突起部を前記厚さ方向に通す切り欠き部を有し、
前記突起部は、前記基部の前記絶縁部材と反対側の端面および前記厚さ方向に沿う側面に係合する係合部を有することを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記突起部は、熱可塑性の樹脂材料によって形成され、
前記係合部は、前記基部の前記端面と前記側面とに熱溶着されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記係合部は、前記基部の前記端面と前記側面との間の角部に熱溶着されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記係合部は、前記突起部を径方向に拡大させて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極をセパレータと交互に積層して捲回軸周りに捲回した電極群を備え、
前記集電板は、前記電極群の前記捲回軸方向の端部に配置され、
前記基部は、前記捲回軸方向の内側と外側にそれぞれ前記切り欠き部を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二次電池。 - 前記集電板は、前記基部の前記捲回軸方向の外側の端部から延びて前記電極群の前記端部において前記電極に接続された端子部を有し、
前記捲回軸方向において、前記基部の前記外側の前記切り欠き部の深さは、前記内側の前記切り欠き部の深さよりも深いことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池。 - 前記集電板は、前記基部の前記捲回軸方向の外側の端部から延びて前記電極群の前記端部において前記電極に接続された端子部を有し、
前記基部は、前記捲回軸方向の内側と外側にそれぞれ一対の切り欠き部を有し、
前記外側の一対の前記切り欠き部の間隔が、前記内側の一対の前記切り欠き部の間隔よりも狭いことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池。 - 前記電極をセパレータと交互に積層して捲回軸周りに捲回した電極群を備え、
前記集電板は、前記電極群の前記捲回軸方向の端部に配置され、
前記基部は、前記捲回軸方向の内側に前記切り欠き部を有し、
前記絶縁部材は、前記捲回軸方向の外側に前記基部の前記端面および前記側面を支持固定する支持凸部を有し、
前記支持凸部は、前記捲回軸方向の内側が開放されて前記基部を係合させる係合溝を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二次電池。 - 前記ダイヤフラムは、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金によって製作されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
