続いて本開示の実施形態1における投光装置1の変形例を、図9、図10、図11を用いて説明する。本変形例においては実施の形態1と異なる部分についてのみ説明する。
続いて、図12Aから図15を用いて、本開示の第2の実施の形態における投光装置および投写機について説明する。

Claims (14)
- 励起光を放射する発光素子と、
前記励起光を受け、前記励起光を異なる波長の光に変換し放射光として放射する波長変換部と、
前記放射光を受ける光学フィルタと、を有し、
前記光学フィルタは、前記放射光が有する波長よりも波長の長い長波長光を反射することを特徴とする投光装置。 - 凹面形状のリフレクタをさらに有し、
前記波長変換部が前記凹面形状の内側に配置され、
前記光学フィルタが前記リフレクタの開口部に配置された請求項1に記載の投光装置。 - 前記光学フィルタは、波長が430nm以上、且つ、660nm以下の光を透過する請求項2に記載の投光装置。
- 前記光学フィルタは前記励起光における少なくとも一部の波長範囲を反射する請求項1に記載の投光装置。
- 前記放射光が可視光を含む請求項1に記載の投光装置。
- 励起光を放射する発光素子と、
前記励起光を受け、前記励起光を異なる波長の光に変換し放射光として放射する波長変換部と、
前記放射光を受ける光学フィルタと、を有し、
前記光学フィルタは、前記放射光が有する波長よりも波長の長い長波長光を吸収することを特徴とする投光装置。 - 前記光学フィルタが凹面形状を有し、
前記波長変換部が前記凹面形状の内側に配置された請求項6に記載の投光装置。 - 前記光学フィルタは、波長が430nm以上、且つ、660nm以下の光を反射する請求項7に記載の投光装置。
- 励起光を放射する発光素子と、
前記励起光を受け、前記励起光を異なる波長の光に変換し放射光として放射する波長変換部と、
前記放射光を受ける光学フィルタと、を有し、
前記光学フィルタは、前記放射光が有する波長よりも波長の長い長波長光を透過することを特徴とする投光装置。 - 前記光学フィルタが凹面形状を有し、
前記波長変換部が前記凹面形状の内側に配置された請求項9に記載の投光装置。 - 前記光学フィルタは、波長430nm以上、且つ、660nm以下の光を反射する請求項10に記載の投光装置。
- 前記長波長光を受ける長波長吸収部をさらに有し、
前記長波長光は、前記長波長吸収部において吸収されることを特徴とする請求項9から11のいずれかに記載の投光装置。 - 前記光学フィルタから前記波長変換部への方向と前記光学フィルタから前記長波長吸収部への方向とのなす角度が90度である請求項12に記載の投光装置。
- 前記長波長光が赤外線の波長帯の光であることを特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれかに記載の投光装置。
