Abstract
Description
エンジン(例えば、後述の実施形態のエンジン50)と、
前記エンジンの出力軸(例えば、後述の実施形態のクランク軸51)と同軸上に配置された、前記エンジンの動力を伝達する第1の軸(例えば、後述の実施形態のエンジン軸1)と、
前記第1の軸と平行に配置され、かつ、前記第1の軸と連動して回動するように接続された内周軸(例えば、後述の実施形態の内周軸2a)と、前記内周軸の周りに前記内周軸に対し相対回転可能に配置された外周軸(例えば、後述の実施形態のモータ用外周軸2b)と、を有する第2の軸(例えば、後述の実施形態のモータ・ジェネレーター軸2)と、
前記内周軸と動力伝達可能に接続された第1の電動機(例えば、後述の実施形態のジェネレーター60)と、
前記第1の電動機と同一軸線上に配置され、かつ、前記外周軸と動力伝達可能に接続された第2の電動機(例えば、後述の実施形態のモータ70)と、
を備えたハイブリッド車両用駆動装置(例えば、後述の実施形態のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置100A)であって、
前記内周軸と前記第1の電動機との動力伝達経路上には、前記第1の電動機と前記第2の電動機との間にトルクリミッタ機構(例えば、後述の実施形態のトルクリミッタTL)が設けられ、
前記トルクリミッタ機構は、前記第1の電動機の固定子(例えば、後述の実施形態のステータ65)及び/又は前記第2の電動機の固定子(例えば、後述の実施形態のステータ75)の少なくとも一部と軸方向においてオーバーラップすることを特徴とする。
前記第1の軸と前記内周軸とは伝達機構(例えば、後述の実施形態のジェネレーター駆動ギア列10)を介して接続され、
前記伝達装置は、前記第1の軸に設けられた出力要素(例えば、後述の実施形態の出力ギア11a)と、前記内周軸に設けられ、前記出力要素に接続される入力要素(例えば、後述の実施形態の入力ギア11b)と、を有し、
前記出力要素及び前記入力要素は、前記第1の軸に対して前記内周軸が増速するように構成されることを特徴とする。
前記内周軸は、前記トルクリミッタ機構に連通する第1の油路(例えば、後述の実施形態のトルクリミッタ用油路114)を有することを特徴とする。
前記トルクリミッタ機構は、ケース(例えば、後述の実施形態のケース52)に設けられたトルクリミッタ収容室(例えば、後述の実施形態のトルクリミッタ収容室111)内に配置され、
前記トルクリミッタ収容室は、その鉛直方向下方部に、前記第1の電動機と前記第2の電動機の少なくとも一方に連通する第2の油路(例えば、後述の実施形態のジェネレーター用油路115又はモータ用油路)を有することを特徴とする。
モータ70の動力を駆動輪47,47に伝達する伝達経路は、モータ70からモータ用外周軸2b→モータ動力伝達ギア列20→出力軸3→デファレンシャル装置45を介して駆動輪47、47に伝達される伝達経路である。
本発明のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置100Aはエンジン50側(図中で右側)から第1、第2、第3のケース52a,52b,52cからなるケース52を備え、第1のケース52aはダンパ56を収容するダンパハウジング53に固定され、第1、第2、第3のケース52a,52b,52cは複数のボルト54により互いに固定されている。また、ケース52内には、エンジン軸1、モータ・ジェネレーター軸2、出力軸3が互いに平行に配置されている。
また、ギア比を運転者や走行状態によって適宜変更できるように、複数の入力ギア11bを設けるように構成してもよい。
さらに、ジェネレーター60のステータ65のコイル67、及びモータ70のステータ75のコイル77は、分布巻きによって形成されているため、突極集中巻きによって形成される場合よりも、磁極繊維を多く捲回することができ、トルクを大きくすることが可能である。

Claims (4)
- エンジンと、
前記エンジンの出力軸と同軸上に配置され前記エンジンの動力を伝達する第1の軸と、
前記第1の軸と平行に配置され、かつ、前記第1の軸と連動して回動するように接続された内周軸と、前記内周軸の周りに前記内周軸に対し相対回転可能に配置された外周軸と、を有する第2の軸と、
前記内周軸と動力伝達可能に接続された第1の電動機と、
前記第1の電動機と同一軸線上に配置され、かつ、前記外周軸と動力伝達可能に接続された第2の電動機と、
を備えたハイブリッド車両用駆動装置であって、
前記内周軸と前記第1の電動機との動力伝達経路上には、前記第1の電動機と前記第2の電動機との間にトルクリミッタ機構が設けられ、
前記トルクリミッタ機構は、前記第1の電動機の固定子及び/又は前記第2の電動機の固定子の少なくとも一部と軸方向においてオーバーラップすることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 前記第1の軸と前記内周軸とは伝達機構を介して接続され、
前記伝達装置は、前記第1の軸に設けられた出力要素と、前記内周軸に設けられ、前記出力要素に接続される入力要素と、を有し、
前記出力要素及び前記入力要素は、前記第1の軸に対して前記内周軸が増速するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 前記内周軸は、前記トルクリミッタ機構に連通する第1の油路を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。
- 前記トルクリミッタ機構は、ケースに設けられたトルクリミッタ収容室内に配置され、
前記トルクリミッタ収容室は、その鉛直方向下方部に、前記第1の電動機と前記第2の電動機の少なくとも一方に連通する第2の油路を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。
