Abstract
Description
〔1〕中央にレーザー発振元素を含む固体レーザー媒質よりなるコアを有し、その周囲に一体化された励起光に対して透明な光ガイドを有し、前記コアおよび前記光ガイドの一方の面がヒートシンクに固着され、前記光ガイド外側の励起光入射面より前記光ガイド内に励起光を導入し、前記コアまで伝搬させてレーザー発振を行わせる固体レーザー装置において、前記励起光入射面に続く前記光ガイドが、前記ヒートシンクよりも空間的に外側に飛び出してオーバーハング状に形成されており、固着のための接着層および前記ヒートシンクに接触していないことを特徴とする。
Claims (3)
- 中央にレーザー発振元素を含む固体レーザー媒質よりなるコアを有し、その周囲に一体化された励起光に対して透明な光ガイドを有し、前記コアおよび前記光ガイドの一方の面がヒートシンクに固着され、前記光ガイド外側の励起光入射面より前記光ガイド内に励起光を導入し、前記コアまで伝搬させてレーザー発振を行わせる固体レーザー装置において、前記励起光入射面に続く前記光ガイドが、前記ヒートシンクよりも空間的に外側に飛び出してオーバーハング状に形成されており、固着のための接着層および前記ヒートシンクに接触していないことを特徴とする固体レーザー装置。
- 請求項1記載の固体レーザー装置において、前記接着層を介して前記ヒートシンクに固着された前記光ガイドの前記コアまでの距離が前記コアの厚みと同じかそれよりも短いことを特徴とする固体レーザー装置。
- 請求項2記載の固体レーザー装置において、前記ヒートシンクの前記コアとの接着面にスリットを形成することを特徴とする固体レーザー装置。
