A step bar can be arranged on the side (82) of the material. The step bar can be laterally overlapped with the stiffener so that the step bar can be brought to the bottom of the engine. Therefore, the ground clearance below the engine can be increased.
Description

On the other hand, in order to improve the fuel consumption of the motorcycle, it has been desired to reduce the weight of the step mounting structure.
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a step mounting structure for a motorcycle in which the space between the engine and the ground is widened and the ground height below the engine is increased.
According to the present invention, a rod-shaped reinforcing member extending in the vehicle width direction is integrally attached to the lower surface of the under bracket facing the lower portion of the engine, and the upper surface of the step bracket facing the under bracket is mounted on the lower surface of the under bracket in the vehicle width direction. The step bar is attached to the end of this step bar, the left and right steps are attached to the end of this step bar, the under bracket is attached to the lower part of the engine, and the step bracket is attached to this under bracket via an elastic member. In the step mounting structure of a motorcycle in which the vibration of the step is hardly transmitted to the step, the step bar can be arranged on the side of the reinforcing member by disposing the reinforcing member and the step bar so as to be shifted back and forth. A motorcycle step mounting structure is provided.
As described above, according to the present invention, the step bar can be arranged on the side of the reinforcing member by displacing the reinforcing member and the step bar in the front and rear directions. You can wrap it and bring the step bar to the bottom of the engine. Therefore, the space between the engine and the ground can be increased, and the ground clearance can be increased.
In the present invention, the reinforcing member and the step bar are arranged so as to overlap vertically. This allows the upper portion of the step bar to approach the upper portion of the reinforcing member, thereby increasing the space between the engine and the ground and increasing the ground height.
In the present invention, the brake pedal is arranged inside the step bracket in the vehicle width direction. Thereby, the step bracket and the brake pedal do not interfere with each other, and the height above the ground can be increased.
In the present invention, the rod-shaped reinforcing material is a pipe material. Thus, the weight of the reinforcing member can be reduced, and at the same time, the weight of the step mounting structure can be reduced.
Further, in the present invention, the rear bracket has a lower portion with respect to a portion before the reinforcing member. Thereby, interference between the under bracket and the step bar can be prevented, and at the same time, interference between the step bracket and the reinforcing member can be prevented. As a result, it is possible to reduce the vertical size of the reinforcing member and the step bar which are vertically overlapped.
Furthermore, in the present invention, the left end or the right end of the under bracket is bent upward, and a side stand bracket is welded to the tip of the bent portion. Thereby, the mounting strength of the side stand bracket can be secured, and a member for reinforcing the side stand bracket can be omitted. Therefore, production costs can be reduced.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention allows the step bar to be arranged on the side of the reinforcing member by disposing the reinforcing member and the step bar so as to be shifted back and forth. The bars can overlap and the step bar can be brought to the bottom of the engine. Therefore, the space between the engine and the ground can be increased, and the ground clearance can be increased.
Further, in the present invention, since the rod-shaped reinforcing member is made of a pipe material, the weight of the reinforcing member can be reduced, and at the same time, the weight of the step mounting structure can be reduced.
Further, in the present invention, the under bracket has a lower portion at the rear than at the portion before the reinforcing material, so that interference between the under bracket and the step bar can be prevented, and at the same time, interference between the step bracket and the reinforcing material can be prevented. Can be prevented. As a result, it is possible to reduce the vertical size of the reinforcing member and the step bar which are vertically overlapped.
Furthermore, in the present invention, the left end or the right end of the under bracket is bent upward and the side stand bracket is welded to the tip of the bent part, so that the mounting strength of the side stand bracket can be secured, and the side stand bracket can be secured. The member for reinforcement can be omitted.
As described above, according to the present invention, the space between the engine and the ground can be widened, and the ground height can be increased, which is useful as a step mounting structure for a motorcycle.
