Abstract
PURPOSE:To simply restore a freeze-drying product within a short time without generating the dispersion or restoration iregularity of taste aroma or nutritive elements, by closing the hole part of a container having the freeze-drying product packed therein under vacuum from the outside by a seal material in a releasable manner and covering the same from the inside by a porous sheet constituted of a specific material. CONSTITUTION:A bag-shaped package 2 has a hole part 3 at the almost central part thereof on the side of one side surface thereof and said hole part 3 is closed from the outside of the package 2 by a tape like sheet material 4 having a gas barrier property adhered to the package 2 in a releasable manner and covered with the porous sheet 5 adhered to the package 2 by an adhesive. A freeze-drying product 1 is packed in the package 2 under vacuum in the state closely brought into contact with the package 2 so as that the hole part 3 is positioned at the almost central part of said freeze-drying product 1. This prous sheet 5 is formed from a porous material capable of allowing hot water or water to flow in the package 2 irreversibly when the seal material 4 is released in hot water or water. By this method, a packed freeze-drying product, wherein the freeze-drying product can be simply restored within an extremely short time without generating the diffusion or restoration irregularity of taste, aroma or nutritive elements, is obtained.
