Abstract
PURPOSE:To achieve a reduction in decomposition processing time and a higher division ratio, by controlling a supply of a waste ion exchange resin and hydrogen peroxide introduced into a reaction tank monitoring the concentration of CO2 in an exhaust gas generated from the reaction tank. CONSTITUTION:A temperature control system is attached to an oil bath 3 to control a heating value of a heater monitoring temperature in a reaction tank 1 so that the optimum reaction temperature is obtained in the reaction tank. An exhaust gas is taken into a loop pipeline 17 for gas analysis in the course of an exhaust gas pipeline 11 to measure the concentration of carbon dioxide in the exhaust gas with a CO2 analyzer 16. A detection value of the CO2 analyzer 16 is inputted into a control section 18. Here, with comparison of the valve to a set value, the supply of a waste ion exchange resin or hydrogen peroxide is process controlled so that the concentration of carbon dioxide in the exhaust gas maintains a specified value of 50-60%. This achieves a reduction in the decomposition processing time and a higher division ratio with a higher utilization rate of hydrogen peroxide.
