PURPOSE:To obtain a highly stable and accurate composite module by forming a carrier oscillating circuit section consisting of LC oscillating circuits, and an RF converter which converts magnetic tape recorded video and audio signals into TV broadcasting waves on a module board made of good moisture proof material. CONSTITUTION:An RF converter composite module 17 is formed, with respect to a switch 11, by a carrier oscillating circuit section 15 consisting of two LC oscillating circuits, an IC element 12, and capacitors 13, 14, for example, on an Al board 16. The module 17 is mounted on a main board 18 as a component of the RF converter. An air-core coil 19 is for frequency adjustment of the LC oscillating circuits. According to the constitution, the moisture proof characteristic in oscillating frequency of the LC oscillating circuits is improved, and frequency adjustment is made easy, whereby a highly stable and accurate composite module can be obtained.
