CONSTITUTION:An A.C generator comprises a three-phase armature coil 1 having U-W phases and connected in Y, a rotor coil 2, positive pole side diodes d11-d13 for rectifying outputs from armature coils 1 in respective phases, a neutral point diode d13, Zener diodes d21-d23 at negative pole side and a neutral point Zener diode d32. A voltage regulator 13 comprises a battery 16, and power is fed from feeder 10 to a vehicle-mounted electrical load 17 and a vehicle-mounted electronic machinery 18. Metal element such as Au, Pt has been dispersed into the diodes d11-d31. Since fluctuation of output voltage can be suppressed for all diodes, fluctuation of output voltage for charging the battery 16 is suppressed and malfunction of the electronic machinery 18 can be prevented.
