Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the title method to hold an external appearance of a molded product favorable by preventing a deformation of the skin, by a method wherein a pot and piston members form a wide flow path for molten resin. The skin 63 becomes easy to extend by curing through heating in a period extending from a beginning stage to an intermediate stage, pressed against the inside of the top force 10, pulled in a flowing direction and favorable external appearance is obtained. As pressure is applied to a wide casting position at the final stage of the casting, partial collapse of the skin 61 can be prevented by making pressure to be applied to each part uniform.
