Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide excellent planar outer compression strength, bonding strength with a flat plate liner and compression strength in a plane, and to improve manufacturing efficiency by specifying the amplitude rate, zigzag superposition rate and zigzag rate of corrugated strip row in which crests and valleys are alternately formed in a direction perpendicular to the feeding direction of a sheet material on the sheet material. CONSTITUTION:Crests M and valleys V are alternately formed in a direction perpendicular to a feeding direction during the feeding of a sheet material to be worked as a corrugated strip row 13, which is passed between a pair of forming rollers axially disposed in a zigzag manner in a waveshape. A corrugated core 11 is formed by specifying the amplitude rate H/L (L: wavelength, H: amplitude) of sectional waves of the row 13 to 0.2 or more, zigzag superposition rate D/L (D: width of planar zigzag wave) between the rows 13 in a planar shape to 0.5 or more, and zigzag rate N/L (N: wavelength of planar zigzag wave) of the row 12 to 0.2 or more during the passage. Then, a flat plate liner 12 is bonded to one side face. Thus, a composite corrugate having excellent strengths for all planar outer compression strength, planar outer bending strength and planar inner compression strength is obtained.
