Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a stable melting operation without requiring any heating source by a method wherein a required amount of unburnt substance left in combustion ashes by forwarding or retracting it in a transmitting direction in such a way as a complete combustion position of waste material during its transportation enters a proper range and then the remaining unburnt substance is burnt in the combustion ashes. Accordingly, the inclusion ratio (r) of the unburnt carbon in the combustion ashes A can be increased or decreased by moving the burn completing point 12 toward the transporting direction E in an aft and fro direction.
