PURPOSE:To improve traveling stability in an independent type rear suspension by pivotally installing lateral links in positions separated from the pivotally installed point of a swing arm means to a vehicle body which are not aligned in a plane perpendicular to a body longitudinal direction while in specific relative positions to one another. CONSTITUTION:A wheel supporting member 12 is installed on the end part in a body longitudinal direction of a swing arm 18 which is pivotally installed to a vehicle body with a bolt 38 form a swing arm means.
