Even when the FET 27 is turned on and off, voltage for turning on PNP TRs 17, 18 and NPN TRs 19, 20 is not varied. Therefore, PNP TRs 15, 16 and NPN TRs 21, 22 can be operated so as not to be saturated even when the current of an output 10 of the charging pump is switched and the output current of the charging pump can be set up to the objective current value.
