The protective layer 3 consisting of the acid salt, etc., of the cobalt and tungsten on the surface of the ferromagnetic metallic film 2 is chemically stable as a salt and is structurally dense. The ferromagnetic metallic film 2 is thereby effectively protected against the corrosion.
