CONSTITUTION:This vacuum circulating degassing apparatus is formed by a vacuum degassing vessel 21, ladle 22 and a lance 23 for blowing oxygen, which is bent to U-shape at end part and has double pipe nozzle construction at inner part. The above vessel 21 is provided with a molten steel uptake tube 24 and molten steel downtake tube 25. Further, in the above ladle 22, the uptake tube 24 and downtake tube 25 are inserted.
