Abstract

PURPOSE:To rise critical temperature of a superconducting material by forming a lamination film of antiferromagnetic/superconducting material. CONSTITUTION:N2 gas is mixed in Ar gas when sputtering Nb by using Nb and Ni-Mn as targets while only Ar gas is used when Ni-Mn is sputtered. A Ni-Mn/Nb-N lamination film having a thickness of about 100Angstrom and 100Angstrom respectively is obtained by alternately sputtering both targets. As a result, the critical temperature of a single-layered superconducting member can be increased.
