Abstract

PURPOSE: To make quick, uniform food cooking and heating possible regardless of the type of heat source by storing seasonings in the bottom compartment and foodstuffs in the upper compartment. CONSTITUTION: The pack consists of an aluminum heat-resistant pack 1 and an easy-to-unseal aluminum foil lid 2 having vent holes 3. The pack 1 has top and bottom compartments divided by a corrugated aluminum perforated partition 4 supported by a shoulder 5 on the inside surface of the pack. A frozen food 7 is stored in the top compartment 6, and sauces including both or either of spices and seasonings are stored in the bottom compartment. The packed food can be heated by any type of heat source such as gas oven, hot-air furnace, and microwave oven. When heated, the aroma or flavored steam is generated, thus the aroma or the flavor of the food is further improved.
