CONSTITUTION:By the ON-operation of a breaker making switch, a contact 31 is turned ON, and by the ON-operation of a synchronous detection switch, contacts 32a, 32b are turned ON, and in the non-state of diesel stop requiring signal, a contact 36 is turned ON, and when generator rotational-frequency is that of a regulation or more, a contact 37 is turned ON, and in the normal state of a lockout relay, a contact 38 is turned ON. In this case, if a synchronous detection relay is worked and a contact 33 is turned ON, a breaker making coil 41 is turned conductive, and manual making can be executed. Besides, if the contact 33 of the synchronous detection relay and the parallel contact 34 of a short-voltage relay are turned ON, and if by the OFF of an emergency- use bus line relation breaker, contacts 39a, 39b and the contact 40 of a normal- use bus line/emergency-use bus line relation breaker are ON, current is conducted in the same manner and the manual making can be executed.
