Abstract

PURPOSE:To constitute the title circuit with a small component area by provid ing a variable frequency divider and an integration device amplifying the input signal by a gain based on the frequency of the 2nd clock. CONSTITUTION:In receiving a 1st clock, the variable frequency divider 10 frequency-divides the clock by a prescribed frequency division number based on a control signal to output the 2nd clock. The 1st and 2nd switched capacitor circuits 12, 13 of the integration device 11 are sampled respectively by 1st and 2nd clocks. The 1st and 2nd switched capacitor circuits 12, 13 are replaced into resistors equivalently and the resistance is decided by the frequency of the 1st and 2nd clocks. On the other hand, the integration device 11 outputs the input signal while amplifying it and the gain is varied with the equivalent resistance of the 2nd switched capacitor circuit 13 decided based on the 2nd clock frequency. Thus, the frequency division number of the variable frequency divider 10 is changed by the control signal and the output signal voltage is varied stepwise. Thus, the circuit is constituted by a small element area.
