Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable hydraulic control to cope with high pressurization by providing check valves on the main pipe conduit connected to a poppet valve and a pilot pipe conduit respectively in an apparatus which makes non-saturation control on the discharge flow rate of a hydraulic pump. CONSTITUTION:In an apparatus constituted in such a way that when the total amount of the consumption flow rates of hydraulic actuators 2, 3 tends to be larger than the discharge flow rate of a hydraulic pump 1, the openings of flow rate control value units 5, 6 with pressure compensation are throttled in the similar ratio to each other and the supply flow rate is reduced in the similar ratio to each other, check valves 40a-40f are provided on the main pipe conduits 9, 11, 20, 27 connected to poppet valves 12, 13, 34, 35 and check valves 24a-24f are also provided on pilot pipe conduits 17a-17f. Thereby, the flows from the hydraulic actuators 2, 3 to the poppet valves 9, 11, 25, 27 and to the pilot pipe conduit 17a-17f are cut off completely, and the pressure oil leakage during the high load condition is prevented, so that the high pressurization of the hydraulic circuit apparatus becomes possible.
