Abstract
PURPOSE: To stabilize operation at low fresh air temperature by keeping revolution speed when revolution speed of an outdoor air fan are low, and opening an expansion valve and a solenoid valve provided on a bypass pipe between an expansion valve and an indoor heat exchanger from a compressor discharge side, and closing a bypass solenoid valve when condenser temperature is raised. CONSTITUTION: Temperature of an outdoor heat exchanger 3 as a condenser is detected with a thermistor 6 and is supplied to a comparison/calculation part 8, and optimum revolution speed of an outdoor air fan 10 is estimated from a condenser temperature signal and revolutions of the outdoor air fan 10, which are outputted to revolution speed control means 9 for revolution speed control of the outdoor air fan 10. Tereupon, once revolution speed of the outdoor air fan 10 becomes lowest revolutions or lower, a solenoid valve 12 is opened to flow a refrigerant to a bypass piping 11 and a refrigerant reduced in pressure in pressure reduction means 4 is supplied to raise evaporation temperature and pressure. Further, when temperature of the condenser 3 is raised, the solenoid valve 12 is closed to interrupt refrigerant bypass. With the arrangement, stable operation is ensured even at low fresh air temperature.
