CONSTITUTION:The rotating shaft 2-3 of the evaporator is rotated at a high speed, and a blade 2-4 fixed to the rotating shaft 2-3 is rotated together. The hole 2-6 is bored at a place of the blade 2-4 where the splash from the rotating shaft 2-3 does not come over, and an exhaust pipe for discharging the vapor to the outside through the hole 2-6 is provided. As a result, the vapor leaving the evaporator does not practically contain a splash, and the evaporator can be operated under such conditions.
