Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture a cold rolled high-tensile steel sheet having superior formability, by incorporating specific percentages of C, Si, N, solAl, S, Ti, Mn, P, and B to Fe and also specifying the winding temp. of the hot rolled plate of the above steel. CONSTITUTION:A steel having a composition which consists of, by weight, 0.001-0.012% C, 0.05-1.2% Si, 0.001-0.008% N, <=0.08% solAl, <=0.010% S, 0.01-0.15% Ti, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities and satisfies Ti>=4(C+12/14N) and to which >0.90-3.0% Mn, 0.04-0.12% P, and 0.0001-0.0005% B are further added is hot rolled. Subsequently, this hot rolled plate is wound up at a temp. between the ordinary temp. and 450 deg.C and then subjected to cold rolling and recrystallization annealing. By this method, the cold rolled high-tensile steel sheet having >=about 38kgf/mm<2> tensile strength, <=about (tensile strength - 12kgf/mm<2>) yield stress, and >=about 1.8 gamma-value and hardly causing secondary working brittleness can be obtained.
