Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a highly accurate reference potential by setting a circuit between a reference potential generating means and an output transistor TR to compensate the threshold value of this TR so that the error caused by the fluctuation of the power supply voltage between the output potential and the reference potential is eliminated. Then a potential lower than that of the potential of the point N2 by a degree equal to the threshold voltage VTN a TR Q3 is outputted to an output terminal 2 by the TR Q3 connected to the point N2. Therefore an accurate reference potential RV1 which is free from dependence on the threshold voltages of the TR Q1-Q4 is obtained at the terminal 2 as long as both voltages VTN and VTP have no fluctuation.
