Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain the requirement of a calling from an observation station by outputting a prior calling tone signal in the form of information to be identified which of the respective observation stations requires the signal, and giving the priority to the sending of the transmission required signal from the observation station for the observation station, which has required the prior calling. CONSTITUTION:Calling data (a) are sent from a monitor station 10 to an observation station 1-n, and in response to this, returning data (b) are sent back from the observation station 1-n. When important information is generated, which needs an early detection, at an observation station (m), and prior calling data (c) are sent to the monitor station 10, the monitor station 10 gives the priority to the polling of the observation station (m). Thus, since the priority is given to the polling of the observation station (m) where the important information to need the early detection is generated, the occurrence of a serious accident, such as the malfunction of a system, can be prevented.
