CONSTITUTION:The information signals sent from terminal unit groups 7 and 8 which transmit various types of detection information of the roads and others and then receive various types of control information are connected to control center 13 via the optical function device consisting of electrooptical converter 9, photoelectric converter 14, optical fiber transmission line 4, optical data bus line 12, optical multiplexer 11, optical isolator 6 and others. Then the electric signals, i.e., the detection information of each detector of groups 7 and 8, which are supplied via converter 9 are processed.
