Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the working performance by installing an elevation frame in free elevation on a unit board which can be raised and lowered and installing a rotary cylinder in rotatable ways onto the elevation frame and installing a hollow wrench plug onto the lower part of the rotary cylinder, permitting the engagement with the head part of a stud bolt. CONSTITUTION:Each position of a stud bolt F and a wrench plug is allowed to coincide, and a unit board 7 is lowered to engage the wrench plug with the bolt F, and a male coupler 58 and a female coupler 57 are jointed, and the bolt F is turned through a rotary cylinder 38, and suspended through an inner cylinder 60. When the bolt F is pulled out, the rotary cylinder 38 is synchronized by a driving means, revolving in the direction for loosening the bolt F, and an elevation frame 31 is pulled up by an elevation motor 26. When the bolt F is screwed, the bolt F and a screw hole are allowed to coincide, and the rotary cylinder 38 is synchronized by a driving means, revolving in the fastening direction, and the elevation frame 31 is lowered. The connection and release between the bolt F and a stud bolt mounting/demounting device can be carried out by releasing the female and male couplers 57 and 58 by a pneumatic pressure.
