Abstract

PURPOSE:To mix different kinds of powdery materials or the like quickly and securely by mounting and fixing removably a heat-insulating frame provided with a heater in a manner to surround a revolving drum on the upper side of the revolving drum and connecting a gas phase replacement device with the revolving drum. CONSTITUTION:A friction gear 7 is mounted on a swinging bed 2 connected with a crank mechanism 12 and swinging, and a hollow cylindrical revolving drum 18 is mounted revolvably on said friction gear 7. A heat-insulating frame 22 provided with a heater 24 in a manner to surround a drum 18 is mounted and fixed removably on the upper side of said revolving drum 18. Further, gas phase replacement devices 30 and 44-48 are connected with the drum 18 in a manner not to revolve with the drum 18. As a result, the process of mixing different kinds of powdery materials, the process of adhering powdery materials to pellets and the like can be carried out quickly, securely and uniformly to enhance the quality and productivity of a product utilizing powdery materials as raw materials.
