Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve thickness increasing speed as well as mold release characteristics and permit a manufacturing method to be applied on the manufacture of a solid molded form having complicated shape or inverse draft, by a method wherein ceramic sludge, received in a cavity provided from the outer peripheral part of a hollow frame toward the center part of the same, it case into ceramic powder through a water permeating layer. CONSTITUTION:Small amount of water, binder and dispersant are added to cellulosic powder, whose grain size is 300 mesh or more, and are kneaded, then, the kneaded material is coated on a prototype mold 1 to form a porous water permeating layer. A frame 4 is provided with an evacuating port 6 to evacuate upon filling process while ceramics powder 5, provided with fine vibration and having grain size of 2-10mum, is filled into a hollow section between the frame 4 and the prototype mold 1 so as not to collapse. After finishing evacuating process, another water permeating layer is provided on the upper surface of the ceramics powder 5. When the prototype mode is released, a cavity is formed in this part from the outer periphery of the frame 4 to the central part thereof and the section thereof becomes the shape of a cup. The cavity 9 is provided with a riser frame 7 to receive ceramics sludge while the ceramics sludge is cast into the cavity 9 while evacuating.
