Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the after-filling process of backfilling material such as cement mortar or the like and consequently improve the executing workability by a method wherein a lining sheet is spirally wound under the state that its surface with ribbed grooves faces outside and, after that, foaming resin is poured in the ribbed grooves and bit the same time covering material is pasted on the surface with the ribbed grooves so as to close the open parts of the ribbed grooves. CONSTITUTION:Foamable resin 4 is poured in a plurality of the ribbed grooves 32 of a lining sheet 30, which is supplied to a pipe-making machine, under the state that spaces 36 are held in a part of the ribbed grooves 32. Together with pouring, covering material 6, which can be broken by blowing pressure, is pasted onto the flanged surfaces 38 of T-shaped ribs 33 so as to close the open parts of the ribbed grooves 32. The covering material 6 is delivered from a reel 61 mounted on the pipe- making machine 2 and pasted onto the surface with the ribbed grooves of the lining sheet 30 during its passing through pasting rolls 22. Next, the lining sheet 30 is spirally wound with the pressing transfer roll 21 of the pipe-making machine 2 under the state that the surface with the covering sheet 6 faces outside so as to overlap and press the fitting projected bead 34 on one side edge part in order to fit to the fitting groove 35 on the other edge part of the lining sheet.
