Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the titled detecting circuit of simple circuit constitution with small power consumption by varying the level of the input voltage of a reference voltage circuit and then giving detection output hysteresis characteristics. CONSTITUTION:The reference voltage circuit is so constituted that the voltage level which turns on and off itself is stabilized with its reference voltage like a band gap reference. Further, a phase inverting circuit 2 generates a detection output which is inverted in phase correspondingly to whether or not the refer ence voltage circuit is in operation. Further, a detection level switching circuit 3 varies the level of an input level according to the whether or not the reference circuit 1 is in operation and generates the hysteresis characteristics at the time of the phase inversion of the detection output. This constitution simplifies the voltage detecting circuit with the hysteresis characteristics.
