及び第２図相当図である。 図中、２１は回転軸、２３は信号用スリツト列
、２４は基準用スリツト、３３は第１の投光素子
、３４は第２の投光素子、３８，３９は第１の受
光素子、４０，４１は第２の受光素子、４２，４
３は第３の受光素子である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 同心状配列された多数のスリツトから成る信号
    用スリツト列並びに所定位置に設けられた基準用
    スリツトを有し回転軸の回転に伴つて回転する回
    転板と、第１の投光素子からの投光を前記回転板
    の信号用スリツト列を通じて間欠的に受光して第
    １の信号を出力する第１の受光素子と、前記第１
    の投光素子からの投光を前記信号用スリツト列を
    通じて間欠的に受光して前記第１の信号と９０度
    位相の異なつた第２の信号を出力する第２の受光
    素子と、第２の投光素子からの投光を前記回転板
    の基準用スリツトを通じて間欠的に受光して第３
    の信号を出力する第３の受光素子とを備えたこと
    を特徴とする光学式ロータリエンコーダ。
