Ａ，１４Ｂ……複数相のスリツト、１５……ガラ
ス板、１６……枠板、１７Ａ，１７Ｂ……位置決

Claims (1)
- 上下１対のホルダのうちの一方のホルダに保持
された発光素子と、この発光素子に対向して他方
のホルダに保持された受光素子と、外周部に上記
発光素子からの光を透過させる多数のスリツトが
等配されて、上記両ホルダ間に回転可能に配設さ
れたデイスクと、互に電気的に所定の位相差をも
つように配設された複数相のスリツトを有し、上
記受光素子側のホルダに位置決め固定される固定
スリツト板とを備え、上記固定スリツト板を、上
記受光素子側ホルダに対する位置決め用係止部を
有する金属製の枠板と、上記係止部を基準にして
フオトエツチングで形成された複数相のスリツト
を有し、上記枠板に固定されるガラス板とに分け
て構成したことを特徴とするインクリメンタル形
エンコーダ。
