In addition, when the control unit 15 judges it to be an idle state, it calculates a speed variation or roughness on the basis of an engine speed signal, and when this speed variation is more than the allowable value, an air-fuel ratio is controlled to be turned to the rich side and when it is less than the allowable value, the air-fuel ratio to the lean side, respectively.
