Claims

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) つづり針をばね部材に付勢された受け部材
で弾装して収納する針収納部と、前記つづり針の
針を突き出すための歯を備えて前記針収納部と協
動して前記つづり針を囲んで内蔵するキヤツプと
、前記歯に突き出されて一ケずつの単体となつた
針の先端を折り曲げるための曲げ台を備えるベー
スとから構成されるホチキスにおいて、前記針収
納部の側壁に開口されて内部と連通する開口部と
、この開口部に周設された係止枠と、前記開口部
に対応する一開口部を有して、この係止枠に係止
される多数本のつづり針をばね部材によつて押し
出し可能に備蓄するマガジンと、このマガジンの
前記開口部に対して設けられてマガジン内のつづ
り針の押し出しと係止とを制御する開閉機構とを
具備すると共に、その開閉機構を開とする時、前
記マガジンに内蔵されて、その開口部に最も近接
のつづり針が前記マガジンの開口部と前記係支枠
の開口部とを経由して、前記針収納部に供給され
てなり、この開閉機構を閉とする時、マガジンの
開口部に最も近接のつづり針が保持されてなるこ
とを特徴とするマガジン付ホチキス。 (2) 前記マガジンの開口部の開閉機構は前記マ
ガジンの開口部の一側に設けられる突起と協動し
て開口部に最も近いつづり針を係止保持するため
の弾性材料からなる押え部材と、前記受け部材に
設けられて、前記ばねの弾装力に抗して前記受け
部材を引くためのレバーと、前記受け部材と連動
して、前記押え部材をつづり針を係止保持状態か
ら解放する押え部材駆動手段とにより構成されて
なり、前記レバーを引くことによつて前記開閉機
構を開にし、前記レバーを放すことによつて前記
開閉機構を閉にしてなることを特徴とする上記実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のマガジン付
ホチキス。 (3) 前記マガジンの開口部の開閉機構は前記マ
ガジンに内蔵された前記最も近いつづり針のほか
のつづり針の配列される平面を傾けて前記係止枠
の開口部と一致しないようにするための手段と、
前記マガジンの開口部の一側に設けられる突起と
協動して開口部に最も近いつづり針を係止保持す
るための弾性材料からなる押え部材と前記受け部
材に設けられて、前記ばねの弾装力に抗して前記
受け部材を引くためのレバーと、前記受け部材と
連動して、前記押え部材をつづり針を係止保持状
態から解放する押え部材駆動手段とにより構成さ
